Den of Wolves is a megagame about politics, survival, and paranoia for a fleet of refugee spaceships, escorted by the Battleship Aegis, fleeing from an implacable enemy – “the Wolvers.” Your homeworlds have been destroyed by the Wolvers, there is no going back. To stay where you are is to be destroyed, to go forward into the deep dark is your only hope of survival. For more information about the game please visit our website at https://housewar.org/den-of-wolves/
This game is being run by the Wellington Megagame Collective, who have run four megagames at conventions in Wellington over the last two years.
There is some parking at the venue, otherwise the nearest parking is down on Thorndon Quay.
This game does not have a scheduled lunch break. There will be free tea and coffee available, plus a limited range of prepacked food and drink for cash purchase. There is a New World supermarket nearby on Molesworth Street if you need to buy supplies on the way to the game.
Registration will be open from 9am, the game itself will start at 10am sharp.
The unwaged ticket price is for students and people not in regular employment. This price does not cover our costs, so we rely on your honesty when buying tickets. Prices will increase by $5 on 20 January 2019. Ticket sales close on 20 February, or when we sell 52 tickets, whichever comes first. Casting for player roles will start in early February. If you want to help run the game, please contact the event organiser Dillon Burke at email@example.com before buying a Control ticket.
